DCO- Intelligence/ Supply

Good Morning,
I was wondering if I should try to apply for the IWC or Supply career fields. I’m prior Army national guard with Supply experience. However, I work in tech as a VP for Bank of America on the tech side. I have a BA in Comp sci (3.6) and I am finishing my MBA (3.7). Any advice on which I would be competitive with would be appreciated.
Best,
Mary

Welcome to the forum. Kindly suggest you do the research, both on this forum (using the search function) and googling the program authorizations to see if you either qualify and/or are competitive. Similar advice for any follow on questions. Good luck!

On the first half, the second half, or both? I've looked at the IWIREP materials for IP and -- at least on the unclass side -- it's pretty straightforward stuff. You're not writing code, that's for sure...
Both parts. Comp sci is useful to IP. And not every comp sci degree is the same. But Cryppie and MCWO are such niche fields in the DoD/IC that I don’t see a correlation for those designators to a VP of IT at a commercial bank.

Fair enough!

Some advice (not meant to be rude just direct)...actually decide what you want to do and then proceed from there. Yes, DCO programs are competitive, but many people get picked up with both good "stats" and not so good "stats." If you can't clearly articulate why you want to be a Naval Officer, and why you want to be in the supply corps, or in intelligence, no matter your stats you are not likely to be picked up, and nothing you indicate on this forum or on reddit indicates you're in a position to articulate that at the moment.
Take the high level interest that you have and then research to understand what you are getting into, determine how that aligns with your personal interests and skills, and then go from there.

I thought that I had articulated the why and the skills that I could bring to the table multiple times.

Please how do i get access to the IWIREP material. I saw some links but it led to 404 error.
