Does anyone have any idea when Dec 05 Grads (PLC) will be attending TBS? My oso has not been able to give me an answer.

Expect a 3 - 4 month wait, so probably with Charlie in the spring...

air contracts may have to wait even longer than ground. As of Bravo (Jan) they are even more backed up, and you might expect that to be the case for a while longer

I have a buddy who was a Dec 03 grad, he went to Quantico in January 04 for IFS, then started up with Charlie. Could be more or less backed up at the moment, though.

There are Alpha grads who graduated TBS in June who still haven't picked up with API (flight training) and aren't exptected to until the end of January so expect air contracts to be a low priority for a while.

Muster Monday's and Friday's(PT) and phone muster the other days, besides that, probably not jack shiznit, at least that's how we did it.

Our OSO has you report to him as soon as your done. Gets the paperwork signed that states your attached to his office and working in some manner or another, and then sends you on your way with three words of Wisdom, "Dont F@CK up." You come back shortly before your due to ship to TBS. Hes happy to have you help around the office, but since a lot of guys will have graduated and dont live in the immediate vecinity you can just go home and mooch off your folks for a little while to save money.

I graduated back in august and i'm not supposed to report for TBS untill April (Charlie Co). I hope I can do IFS before TBS but that remains to be seen. I'm putting in a request for PTAD starting on dec 1st and i've been told that this is the higest paid district anywhere.

For those of you who are scheduled for C. co, exactlly when are we supposed to report? Is it something like a week prior? If I do IFS before TBS then is it the same deal...report a week before the official start of the two months?

Some have been able to get through without anything more than Mon / Fri musters and call-ins the rest of the week. Others have gotten stash jobs that keep them busy all week, and still others were "encouraged" to take AMO MOS training to fill the time.
