Deciding to put in application or wait.

I just took the ASTB today and my scores were lower than I or my recruiter wanted. AQR=6 PFAR=7 FOFAR=6 OAR=51. Half the recruiters say to put my application in, the other half say I will have to bring up my scores first. Of course, if I can retake the test in time for the July board I will, however there is a chance I will not be able to (30 day wait). So, I am interested in peoples advice, weather or not the rest of my scores are high enough to compensate for lower test scores:
Masters Aeronautical Science, Embry Riddle, GPA 4.0
9 years of military service, several airman of the quarters and a Air Force Acheivement Medal
Letter of recommendations from a LCDR in the Navy Reserves flying the gulfstream, my commanders a Maj and Col, and my boss in the guard, a SMSgt
a great performance report (new to the guard), Pilots license, Instrument rating, and 150 hours flight time (dang tiny cessnas), PRT=80 pushups, 60 situps, and 10:30 run.

What do you guys and/or girls think?!? Thanks!!!

Since there isn't a cap on how many times you can apply, you really can't hurt your chances by putting a package in. If you get a "no" you'll know where you stand and apply again.
