Delayed Commissioning and CLRP need advice?

Yesterday I called my OSO to ask about the status of my commissioning date, only to find out that my flight physical that I took in July 2010 had been lost and that it was just getting sent to BUMED now in February of 2011. While at PLC Sr. I had signed up for the College Loan Repayment Program (CLRP) which states that your loans up to 30k will be paid for “if” you commission before Fiscal Year 2012 or September 2011. So my predicament now is there any way I can still be eligible for this program if I completed all of my requirements: I am graduating in May with a BA in Finance and a BA in Entrepreneurship, and I graduated in the top 10% PLC Sr. If so who can I contact, or is there any advice someone here can give me because I will be graduating with around 24k in school loans?

While it would be nice to get them paid, I commissioned with $106,000 in student loans ($125k in todays dollars) and the payments were surviveable on O-1 pay when it was a bit lower than it is now.

Wow! That's a lot of loans! I have right around $30k and accepted that loan repayment deal. I was told by a friend that if you don't report to TBS with a signed copy of that paperwork you won't get it. I hope my OSO got the paperwork from OCS.
