Dental disqualifiers.

As the title said, does anyone have information on this? I have attempted to get in touch with my recruiter regarding it, but I haven't received a call back from my last two calls and my last 5 emails, so I am searching elsewhere.

I've scoured this site (using the search function!) and the internet as well, but haven't found any sort of definitive answer.

I know that existing cavaties will need to be taken care of before a flight physical, but will a certain amount of dental work cause an issue and lead to disqualification? I recently cracked a rear tooth and had a crown put on it. This all happened after the packet was sent and I was pro-rec. I can't imagine that crowns are that rare and that they would DQ you, but I guess knowing in advance is better than not knowing at all. Same with extractions. I had four extractions when I had my braces put on. Add a few fillings and I don't have the best dental health, though every thing is taken care of at least.

If anyone has any information on this, or can at least direct me to a site that I can read it myself, I would much appreciate it. This is in regards to aviation as well.

When I was in the Air Force.. You can't be deployable with cavities, braces, or packed wisdoms. Just because of things like that can cause major pain and sometimes where you deploy the equipment is not on hand to take care of it.. That's really it man. Anything that is symptomatic really.

Things could of changed I know but this is pretty much the heart of it.
