Hello,
I was picked for the july board for NFO. I was physically qualified before the selection on June 10th from NRC. I even have that letter that NRC sent to my NRD. Last tuesday I had an inspection at meps. They only checked height and weight and within one hour I was out. Next day my OR called me and told me that after looking at your physical in detail they found out that you have failed depth perception and you are not qualified for military aviation. He asked me to to go to optometrist and do the test again and if hopefully we get the positive result he will send it to the NRC and get me cleared. When I did the physical last year I didn't use my glasses and after doing some research and asking some people I believe they allow to wear glasses for depth perception. If someone has gone through the same problem or have knowledge about it, I will greatly appreciate any help.
