Document Expiration Dates

I am looking for someone who can list or verify what the expiration dates are for the following documents are:

DD Forms 2808 & 2807 - Was told it is 2 years by OR
Reference Letter (DD form 370) - 1 year?
CO's Letter of Recommendation - 1 year?
Conditional Release (DD Form 368) - for length of valid date, or a specific date from when Approving Authority signs?

I appreciate any and all help as I begin this journey!

As you can tell I'm pretty new here, so thanks for the profile update info. I am applying for Navy OCS.
