PRO-REC INTEL
On the new SF 86 on NASIS, we're supposed to fill out citizenship for family members.
1. If my family members are US citizens, but some also hold another citizenship to another country, do we still have to put that down?
2. Also, if that 2nd country of citizenship is not recognized by the US, then do I still need to put it down or can I just list US?
3. What about Residency? I have an aunt with 2 citizenships (US plus 1) and 2 residencies (UK and Singapore). Do I need to list all this?
4. My brother is a US citizen (born here) but grew up in another country and has residency there. Do I have to list that too?
5. For other relatives (aunts, cousins etc) we are only supposed to list those who are foreign nationals. But what about thos who are both US and hold another citizenship.
6. Can I kiss INTEL goodbye even though these other countries are our allies or can this be considered part of the intangible, abstract "whole package" concept?
