About $110 for all the bells & whistles. You can do it for cheaper, I think most average in the $80-ish range.
Are these authorized for wear while flying?
We had Sierra Hotel flight suits in the '80s, but NAVAIR/HQMC did not allow them for flight since the thread for the embroidery was not Nomex.
They were the best when at happy hour on XCs.
On a similar note, this is why we went to Velcro for squadron patches etc, allowed to be removed if going to cross into Indian country, and you could remove non-Nomex ones prior to flight (not that anyone actually followed that guidance).

We wore them as a VT-P instructor for flying recently. Not "operational" but I was attached to a rocket chair and surrounded by det cord in plexiglass.

Other squadron utilized Dolphin International as linked by @ea6bflyr , just required us to mail a box of old flight suits.
If you want extra things like inserts sewn into the zippered bellbottoms (not sure what else to call it) or similar Morgan's won't do that - just the embroidery. There is a tailor shop across the street that worked well for us though.

I don't remember the actual shop (after 40 yrs of fog) but Osan was absolutely fantastic for any embroidery work (name tags, flight suits, travel bags, etc.).
Just out of interest, does NAVAIR actually authorize embroidered flight suits for flight?
