EPSQ oops...

so....I'm an SNFO final select. Recently I was reminded of a summer job I had a while back for a short time that I had forgotten about and I'm thinking I forgot to put it down on my EPSQ. The comp I did my EPSQ on took a dump and I lost the entire hard drive. I'm thinking my OSO either has it stashed, or it has been sent up somewhere to be stashed and untouchable until sometime during or after OCS.

Feel free to flame me for the retard move, but I'd also appreciate any hints on what I should do in order to avoid problems this may cause. Thanks

p.s.
I did a forum search, couldn't find anything really. Feel free to direct me to a related thread

Worse comes to worse, you can just tell them about it in the interview... at the time you completed it, to the best of your knowledge it was correct, so it probably wont be too big of a deal. Let this be a lesson to you to keep a hard copy of your next one as well as an electronic one so you know what you put down, and have a backup when the comps crap out.

Falsifying an EPSQ can't be easily corrected, but honest omissions are not a problem. If they believe you had some motive to hide this particular summer job, that's bad. As long as you weren't working out with the new Hitler Jurgen or something, I think you are OK.

When you get to OCS, you can always talk to your class chief. If he thinks it is any sort of issue, he can help you append it.

You can also mention it and have a sheet with all the details reauired by the EPSQ and signed by you to provide to your investigator at your interview. A very professional way to bring up and document an honest omission.

As far as losing your HD...you should have printed a copy.:(

Don't go anywhere. I've notified NCIS and they should be talking with you within the hour.

Interview w/ the member? Do they do those?
Absolutely. Did mine about 7 months ago. I could probably get in trouble for letting this little gem out of the bag, but all interviews are immediately followed by a deep insertion anal probe and then a catheter. Apparently, the anal probe is to determine if you're talking out your ass or not. The catheter...well, that's just for the interviewer's amusement.

This...is...Caketown!
I guess I just felt kinda wierd about them calling people I knew, or managers I haven't talked to in years. Oh, well. Maybe I'm just weird like that.

Primarily it's about honesty. If you make an honest mistake, it's no big deal. I didn't include a minor altercation with the cops because I didn't think that it met the standards of "arrested, convicted, etc". Years later, when redoing my EPSQ for TS/SCI I included the incident and told them all about it and why I hadn't included it before. It was no big deal. Bottom line: spill your guts. It's always better when they hear things from you rather than from someone else. By the way, if you think the only people they're going to talk to are the ones you listed, think again. Just tell the truth and you're fine.

Wow. Squeeze needs to make a virtual one of those once he's done with his face-stabbing machine. I think we could put that to good use around here.
