Anybody using the online downloaded program to do their EPSQ? That is what my OSO has me doing. Anyway, how do you save? Do you just exit out and it saves automatically? I don't want to lose all I have done so far.

When you exit out, it will save the data automatically within the system. Just make sure you don't forget your password.

Inability to transmit EPSQ

Okay, so my EPSQ is validated but whenever I go to the communications menu all that is up there is "prepare form for security officer" and "receive file from security officer." According to my instructions I should have "transmit to security officer" as an option but I don't. Anybody?

go to prepare for for security officer. It'll ask you to save a file. save and email or put on a disk and send via USPS / FEDEX. Security policy for most major companies that do these things says the file does not go through email though, so it might be in your best interest to put it on a disk and send it via mail - your call.

My OSO said to email it. Do you mean it doesn't transmit well or that they don't like it to go through Email?
