Could someone tell me - and the rest of us - what is entailed in the aviation exchange program. I have this overall idea of what it is and how it works but I don’t know the exact details. From what I know it is a program where naval aviators can exchange over to an air force wing or army wing and get trained and rated in an air force or army aircraft and vise versa (meaning that air force and army can come over to the navy and get rated as well - including carrier qualed). Could some of the aviators on the forum confirm or refute this. And if you have the time please elaborate.
