So I just got news from my recruiter that they have canceled the Feb 2010 board review for the SNA/NFO programs. I didnt make it through the Nov board and worked really hard to improve my score on the ASTB and got some good LOR. Was really hoping to get through in Feb; guess Ill have to wait another month. I was told they will pick up again in March 2010. Anyone else hear the same thing?!

I have been informed by my recruiter that they have cancelled all boards until March 2010. So your intel seems to be accurate. I am Hoping to have my package finished before then.

I heard the same thing. I was pissed. I had everything all set to go for SNA NFO boards and then I get the phone call. "And the hits just keep on coming." But here's a question....now that the Fed boards are canceled, will there be twice as many applicants in March? (i.e. Feb applicants, like myself, "reapplying" in March in addition to the March applicants----Feb candidates + Mar candidates = Sum of Mar candidates)

No.......From what I understand the March boards are selecting for FY11.

Yes. If an applicant did not make the JAN boards cutoff, they would have been rolled to the next board (normally the following month) in this case, that board is in MAR.

I have just finished my package and I'm up for Supply/SWO. I have been told by my recruiter that the SWO board will not meet until March (obviously, it's already been said). However, he also told me that the Supply will be in February. Can anyone confirm or deny this info about the Supply board meeting in February? Thanks

Your OR will know better then us the status of the board. If your stuff is ready, submit it now and if you make the board, cool, if not, you will just have to wait till March. If you decide to hold out and submit later, you may not even make the March boards due to cut offs (dependant on when you submit of course). Submit now, worry about an ulcer from stressing over the boards later.

Thanks for the info. My package is already done and submitted. I was just wondering about the Supply board. I really hope that they meet in Feb and that my package is seen. Guess I'll just have to wait and see.
