Field Accession Board; what can you guys tell me about them? Seems like a handful of people (3-7 or so) get selected every year, mostly O-2's. How competitive is it and what do they look for?

I was NPQ'd from OCS189 on a flight contract, applying for 192 and am toying with the idea of going infantry for a while. Enlisting has also been on the back of my mind.

Thoughts? Comments?

b. The following officers are ineligible for the SNA program.
(1) Commissioned officers with more than five years commissioned service (YCS).

b. The following officers are ineligible for the SNFO program.
(1) Commissioned officers with more than four YCS.
