I have tried through many different computers to open the link for the officer application on MyNavyHR and I have not been successful. Does anyone have any idea on how I can get access to a working PDF link so I can continue with my OCS application process? I really appreciate any help you can provide.
(Yes, I downloaded the Adobe Reader and everything else and it still didn't work and I also attempted on Navy computers and got the same results)
