Final Select!

After 8 months of waiting I am finally final select BDCP for NFO. If anyone has any questions regarding paperwork, DEPTH PERCEPTION for SNA :sleep_125, or anything regarding the process of becoming a Navy Officer feel free to PM me or respond here. Good luck to everyone that is still applying!

Errr I should be clearer, 8 months of applying, only 2 weeks for final select. My apologies. Keep in mind I had my MEPS and ESPQ done previously for SNA but I was NPQed because of my depth perception. Therefore the final select waiting time for NFO was much shorter.

Were you aware of your depth perception "problems" before applying?

I did not know about my depth perception before I applied for the SNA program. I have "weak" depth perception, its rated on how many seconds of arc the brain can perceive. I believe I had 100 seconds of arc and 40 seconds of arc are required.

I am very happy about being final select. I am honored to be selected to serve my country as a Naval Officer. I don't know how else I could express my "enthusiasm" over the internet haha.
