any insight......math, mech anything that could help

Well the gouge is pretty much what I studied. So know it, love it. As far as the reading goes, all there is are they paragraph questions so concentrate on those. Mechanical advantage is also Very important. Math wise, gouge, gouge, gouge!

Well I hope to start OCS right after I graduate college in December. So anytime from Jan 2006-may 2007. I turn 27 in August 2007. I think with these scores I will be able to get some sort of job in the Navy. I would like SNA, but I have always wanted to be an officer in the Navy, so SNFO would make me proud as hell too!!! :D

I took the test on Monday and picked up similar scores (OAR 68, 8/8/8). Like RevnR6, I think that the gouge out there was a big help. The test didn't seem too hard, but only because it was a bunch of stuff I'd already seen. The ARCO book's mech section is VERY similar to the real test in difficulty/style, and their math prep is actually harder (which makes it good practice). I live in Kansas, so some of the nautical questions came out of left field.

RevnR6, wish me luck on getting my FY06 SNA slot and I'll wish you luck on getting yours...

Barnard, I wish you luck. Looks like we are about equal on the scores!
