what percent of RL officers get jets?
I just got an email from my Officer Recruiter and this is what he wrote...
"I want to thank you for being patient with this application package. I have verified that your application will be at the next Pilot/NFO board in mid-August. We should hear back from the board within a week after that.
As I mentioned, once they professionally recommend you for the Aviation Community (and if they don't, I quit!!!), we will need to complete the Medical Portion of the Application. I am sending you the Pre-Medical Screening forms that you will need to fill out before you can complete the medical portion. Please complete the DD Form 2807, DD 680 (only), and the Projection sheet. You can either fax these forms or drop them off as soon as you get a chance. Keep in mind that any "yes" answers will require medical documentation….(e.g. If you broke a bone at age 20, I will need documentation from your doctor)."
I must say he's a funny guy. He's been tremendously helpful with the whole process and he's definitely an extra motivation for me to do my best if I get the opportunity to be an officer, one more person I would half kill myself to not let down.
But of course I still have those damn Pre-medical screening and exams to get through if I am pro-rec'd... its gonna make me sh** my pants. BLEH!!! I'll keep you guys posted. Thanks AW for all your support.
