GOUGE Flight bag of choice?

Starting a gear thread around flight bags.

I am in need of a new flight bag. As a new hire I was offered a number of GSA procured flight bag options - and I chose an Aerocoast Jet Backpack flight case. Its been worn hard and needs to be replaced. On GSA procurement list were BightLine, Aerocoast, Oregon Aero and maybe one other.

I don't need the capacity that an an airline pilot generally needs - but I do need enough room for

- Standard Gov Issue Bose A20 headset
- Standard 15" laptop
- 11" iPad
- " Small "stranded RON" pack of razor, toothbrush, etc
- Charging/power cords, gear, etc.
- Earbuds
- Small extension cord for working from a Starbucks and there in no nearby outlet
- paper notebook
-Water bottle

Please share your "go-to" flight bag and why it's awesome for you!

My solution won't meet your iPad and Bose requirement, but I eventually ended up with this.

(Sorry the picture is so big).

My iPad can slide into the back pocket (you could probably get up to a 14" thin laptop in there) and all my egress stuff fits in the various pockets, along with USB cords, glasses, etc. I bought this bag right before making my first trip out west to AZ from FL and I wanted a Go-bag in case I had to ditch somewhere in the desert. The bag itself is actually pretty small (think large purse), but is still also able to hold:

SF G2 flashlight
Space blanket
K-bar knife
Fire starter kit
Shemagh
Sunglasses (different from my flying glasses)
Paracord
...and other random bits and bobs

About the only thing it doesn't let me grab is water, although it does have a sleeve big enough to hold a sports bottle. I just don't use it for that and leave excess water in the luggage and cabin spaces.

Other than the color (I had to get black at the time), it's been a great bag as long as I don't need to transport my headset, which usually isn't an issue since I'm flying my own plane.
