Flight School Before Or After OCS (IFS)

which is better... to have taken flight lessons in order to get ur license before OCS or to not bother with it and come in post-OCS, go directly to IFS. 'Cause then upon completion of IFS u go right into Primary and u keep getting air-time and u cant get too rusty i assume. what the dilly y'all..? holla back

I would think it would depend on your bank account. If you can afford to get a lot of experience...go for it! If not, then let the Navy pay for it. That's my opinion...I cannot afford it so I'll go IFS. Other opinions may differ. It's probably different for each person.
