For Rent in Pensacola- 3br in Perdido Key

Hey everyone,

Just thought I'd post on Airwarriors regarding the availability of an apartment close to NAS Pensacola. My two roommates and I are finishing API and will soon leave the area to report for primary, so we're looking to place our apartment up for rent as soon as October 15th.

It's a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom fully furnished apartment located in Perdido Key (some 15 minutes from the back gate of NAS Pensacola). Monthly rent is $1,500, not including electricity which typically runs little more than $100 per month. Our unit includes a kitchen, washer, dryer, communal workout gym and pool/bbq area
it's only minutes from the beach, and the entire apartment complex is surrounded by an 18 hole golf course. Also, the company that manages our building is extremely military-friendly, so they're very responsive to any questions or concerns.

Not sure about whiting, They knew my situation though and knew I was moving to corpus and let me off the lease without even showing them my orders. I would ask someone more knowledgeable than myself about whiting

UPDATE (11/1): Seeking Roommates Instead

UPDATE (11/1):

First of all, this is Jason, the original poster. I originally used my roommate's account (BigDave) to post the ad listed above.

Anyhow, I've decided the stay for the remainder of my lease (end of January) while completing NFO Primary at Sherman Field. Consequently, I'm seeking roommates (either SNA or SNFO) in any stage of the training pipeline here at NAS Pensacola.

The apartment details haven't changed any, apart from the fact that total rent would now be split. I also managed to find the official listing from the rental company that includes some additional photos. See the link below.

One again, call or e-mail me with any questions. It's an ideal setup for new arrivals as the apartment's already furnished and it's a short term lease (hard to come by).
