USNA Class of 2008
I'm applying to USNA and don't know my results yet, but I am planning around not receiving an appointment. I know without a doubt that I want into the sub community through whatever means possible.

Anyways, I was wondering if anyone knew the different ways one can earn a spot in subs? I cannot do NROTC, as Nevada has no NROTC units and I would be unable to transfer out of state(I'm a college freshman btw), and I am pursueing NUPOC. So, are there any other ways to become a sub officer excluding NUPOC/NROTC?

Nope. Think of NUPOC as BDCP on steroids, it's a good deal, shoot for that.

Talking to a recruiter in about 2 hours for NUPOC in fact.
