Forum Maintenance

Be advised, I plan on taking down the forum this weekend, as I perform a software update and maintenance. Roughly around 260700Z (which is really damn early on saturday morning for you EST ppl) for a couple hours.

Goal:
- Software upgrade
- Turn front page back on
- Turn gallery back on
- Chat... maybe... if I don't lose my patience with the first 3, or the wife doesn't yell at me for being on the computer too long!

Any other requests/complaints?

Hmmmm .... have you had Japanese Sapporo ?? Not U.S. import ... My Narita bartender swears that Kirin contains takusan (mucho) formaldehyde and is made from :

Yes, had actual Sapporo from some bar near the shipyard in Yokosuka ... was it a VFW post or something (some sort of US veterans association was there)? Anyway, probably had it at Kadena too, but I really only remember the $1 long islands and the beer vending machines at the Q.

Nothing wrong with formaldehyde ... helps keep you fresh.

Alas, a flat tire on japanese roadways killed any plans for update today. Will add unanswered posts to the list though, and propstop get hot on that 2p board stuff.. jk
