It's a little old, but I don't think I've seen it here. General Dynamics and Boeing are apparently STILL litigating the cancellation of the A-12. They lost this year, but are vowing to appeal. I find it interesting that the interest charges on what they're ordered to pay are almost as much as the principal, and that the total sum adds up to 3 BILLION owed to the DOD.

Maybe they can put it towards the cost overruns on the LCS . . . :icon_tong
