Future Board Dates

Is there a set schedule for board dates each year? A certain # each year? Are there different types of boards?

I'm looking to start the process and would like to know of some future board(s) that I can shoot for...

I apologize if this has been covered elsewhere, I searched, but didn't see this info anywhere. Just specific threads about particular boards (i.e. November 2006 board, etc...).

needs of the Navy. Should be a lot of boards this year, but in years past, if there are no more slots, there are no more boards. When they are in full swing, they are usually every two weeks.
