Hi. I have been trying to get in touch with this particular OSO. I have phoned many times and sent an email. Does anyone know if he is in the office or perhaps on leave? I am trying to speed things up as I am trying for 191. Is there an alternate number or method of contact for this office? Thank you.

We were pre-selected for 191. The 191 board is scheduled to meet 28 Nov – 2 Dec.

You should really make sure you're right before you tell someone that the board they are applying to has already met.
