That is really good news. Looks like signs of real progress. I just hope it doesn't all come "undone" when we leave these places.

The 'handover' is more symbolic than anything else, the US military will still be there. Now, lets see if the Iraqis can stop their political infighting and get on with governing or else all the gains made will be for naught.
