getting into OCS

i live in dublin ireland ( europe ) and i am an irish citizen , i understand u have to be an american citizen to get into OCS but since i plan on living in the US perminately pursuing becoming a pilot, can i enlist in OCS and become an american citizen, any comments or help will be most useful

It's a little trickier than that. Yes, enlisting can speed up the process of becoming a US citizen, but that means actually being in the Navy and the fleet. You need to be a citizen prior going to OCS or any commissioning source.
