Getting LORs for Package

Im putting my package together and am supposed to be interviewed by a couple of close family friends who are higher ranked Officers who may be giving me LORs. Does anybody have any ideas or questions that they may probably ask me? I want to make a good impression.

Have a damn good answer ready for: "Why do you want to be a Naval Officer?"

Prepare to know the difference between a Chief and an Officer. The difference between a manager and a leader is common, too.
