Going to OCS early (has anything changed)?

I will be graduating Fall 2014, so I was wondering if it would be possible to attend during the summer before graduating. I searched and found some a thread in 2004 asking if it was possible to attend OCS the summer before graduation. But this is almost 9 years old so I was wondering if anything may have changed.

Thanks.

To my knowledge you can't go before you graduate. I asked my recruiter last year about going this past summer since I'm in BDCP. Was told its not possible until you get your degree. Makes sense in a way because OCS is 12 weeks long and most summer breaks are only around 13 weeks long. You would have to report right after exams and if you rolled you would miss the first few weeks of school. So I can see where it isn't practical. Pretty much for a college senior the process goes: apply, get selected, graduate, then OCS.

Your search may have lead you to threads on the Marine platoon leader's course, which splits up the equivalent of OCS (if not OCS per se) over two summers in college, not Navy OCS.
