And hundreds more opening and closing applications and navigating through all the network drives. The network drives I can understand, but in the cases of shared software/apps, it can get ridiculous.

What is "informational superiority?" The GAO report must be wrong. We have "informational superiority!" I also like how a "5.5" is satisfied.
