Height/Weight standards

Just have a question on height/weight standards before I go to MEPS. Currently, I am below the max weight for my height but I think my body fat percentage is a little too high (~23%). So do you have to be under the max weight for your height AND have a body fat percentage of less than 22%? Or, as long as you're below the max weight for your height you're good?

As long as you are under max weight, you're good. Even if you're not, they'll tape you, and as long as the measurements say you're under 22%, you're good. I've seen plenty of fatties not even have to get taped and called good, and I've seen guys with thick necks who are borderline obese *ahem! chiefs... AHEM* who come in under 22%.

The standards in the Navy aren't about bodyfat percentage... it's about weight and tape. My fitness goal is to be consistently over the weight limit while maintaining a six pack, to silently demonstrate the retarded logic of the Navy BCA concept.
