High Performance PTU

I saw this in [FONT=&quot]NAVADMIN 149/09[/FONT]
So what exactly is a "High Performance" PTU? Will I finally get an outstanding if I buy it?

Anyone seen pictures?
 
Additionally, a new high performance version of the physical training uniform will be made available this winter. The optional PTU shirt and short will be manufactured from a "name brand" company and will follow the existing manner and occasion for wear as the standard fitness gear.

I'm hoping this name brand is either Nike or Under Armour....That would be sweeeeeeeeet. :D
 
Maybe they actually listened to the people who wear it on a daily basis saying "stuff made by the lowest bidder is usually of the lowest quality"
