My roommate and I got orders for Primary to Corpus in mid October, latest 22 Oct. We both currently live in a house near the intersection of Blue Angel Parkway and US 98. It is approximately 10-15 minutes from the front gate and 5 minutes from Corry Station, where the Commissary and NEX are at.
The house is a 3 bedroom house with 2 full baths. They finished building it two months ago so we are the first tenants. Everything is BRAND NEW (i.e. stove, fridge, dishwasher, etc.) It has 2 car garage and a driveway. It has centralized air and washer/dryer hookups. It has a big kitchen and big living room. The neighborhood is awesome. Great people, quiet and residential. Since it is at the end of the street, you can have as many parties/bbqs/gatherings as you want and you won't disturb anyone.
The only reason that we are posting it on here is because we want to help our landlords out (they're in Vegas.) They've been awesome landlords and we just want to help them out in finding new tenants for their place. The contract you'll be signing with them has a military clause and they will honor it fully. We moved in here beginning of August and it's kinda bittersweet that we have to leave so soon.
