My Landlord is putting this house on the market for sale or possibly rent. He has been a great and more than fair Landlord. I will be moving in July and the house will be available then. 2300 sq ft, ceiling fans in all bedrooms and living room. Two car garage (that fits one normal size car... ), Great big back yard, EXCELLENT schools (Clay County schools), 10 min walk to elementary school (Argyle Elementary). 12 miles to NAS Jax, but that equates to 25-45 min drive depending on what time you leave in the morning. 8 out of 10 it takes me 25 mins. Once Argyle construction is complete (suppose to be this summer) the time should improve.
