So I had a Pilot slot, and a week ago my medical comes back as my left eye refraction exceeding Navy limits by 0.5. There goes API and living with my friends! But I was able to get an NFO slot, albeit after my "friends" quickly replaced me (thanks Joe! lol). So now I'm looking for housing - again. Headed down for Sep but prolly looking for something starting in Oct.

HAHA! I dunno if youre talking about Pope but he sent me a PM about an available room in a condo close to the back gate or something and he gave it away before he read my email. I wonder if that was you who got it?! And then i read your thread. Haha, the irony ehh?

Do u report 2 sept as well? Im gonna be roommate hunting also so maybe we can combine our forces and produce Captain Planet or something. Lemme if your interested. Im lookin for something close to base and Im an SNFO (male, if thats gonna be a problem) :)

Yeah I'm talking about Pope! lol I house hunted with him originally and got the bad news last Friday the 5th about my medical. Back-stabbing bastard! lol I guess you've experienced his fierceness too?

Hey I was just in pensacola last week looking for places and i have all the newspapers with the houses for rent etc. if you need some numbers. I got a good idea of the area after 2 long days of driving EVERYWHERE!! Let me know if i can help!

As for the Ma$$hole$! :D Born/raised in PR but my heart (and schooling) is in Boston. So I expect a nice Red Sox turn out for each and every game. Cowboy up!

i am at any boston function anyone is throwing!! With my Godfather being Bob Lobel of WBZ in
Boston and my dad being an old New England Patriots running back i will have no choice but to be an another abnoxious loyal boston fan!!

I happen to be a real estate agent here in P'cola so if anyone needs rental listings or info on the area, I've got access to the good stuff. I don't really deal with rentals myself but would be more than happy to send the info and you can contact the owners or rental companies directly. There's actually quite a bit of rental property available. The most up-to-date site to search is the local Multiple Listing Service at pensacolamls.com. You can also search the local paper, the Pensacola News Journal at PensacolaNewsJournal.com. You'll be able to access the base paper, the Gosport, from that site as well.
