How do I get an Age Waiver for an aviation contract?

Before someone tells you to do a search, or a mod locks this thread, I should tell you to talk to your OSO in detail about the waiver. He/she will have the answers you're looking for.

Agreed, your OSO will submit the waiver on your behalf. Mostly, they want to ensure that you are fit enough to perform. Ace your PFE, and your waiver is a non-issue.
