How do I get my old ASTB scores?

Hello!

Quick intro:
After college, looked into Navy OCS. Took the ASTB. Recruiter stated I was "only competitive for NFO," but I wanted to go into Information Warfare or Intel. Decided to go enlisted to start out my military career. Currently I'm a CTI3, proudly serving, and satisfied so far; however, I still have the persistent desire to serve as an officer.

(My apologies if this question has already been addressed. I searched the forums, but didn't find an answer.) My question to whomever knows the answer: What is the best way to get my old ASTB scores (taken in March of 2004?)

The link you gave listed Ms. Jean Moore as the point of contact for getting your scores. Unless things have changed, good luck getting a hold of Ms. Jean Moore. I took the ASTB over 4 years ago when I was applying for the STA-21 program and while I was able to get my results from the recruiter at the NRD where I took the test fairly easily, when it came to getting an 'official' copy it was like pulling teeth. After many unreturned emails and calls to Ms. Jean Moore I called NOMI and after sifting through the automated directory there was an option for ASTB scores and had an 'official' copy faxed to my command that day.

Got my scores from 2002 and from this May without problems from her. Just gotta keep trying.

Does anyone have her phone number or email they can PM me so I can get my official scores?

Edit: I found the email, but I don't think it's good anymore because it bounced back.
