How nice is MCB Quantico?

I have to say that I am quite astounded of how nice and clean Air Force bases are. Obviously the AF gets a lot more $ than the Marines.

So how nice and modern are marine bases like Quantico, or say MCAS Miramar? I heard that the last commandat of the Marine Corps made sure a large chunk of the marines budget went to improving base housing, etc. This true?

Lastly, does anyone have any pictues of base housing at Quantico, pensacola, or anyother base? Just curious of what marine bases look like. Thanks.
