Not hardly as exciting as final select but what can you do. Seriously just finished my ASTB today, not too difficult at all. My year of navy science classes on NROTC scholarship helped a little on parts.

Well man, good luck. Best advice I can give: GET IT ALL DONE ASAP. Don't wait a minute. Oh yeah.... have fun with the EPSQ. ;-)

well I had to do a EPSQ for summer cruise with my NROTC unit recently so it shouldn't be too much of a hassle....I hope.
Yeah the EPSQ was lovely. I have an EPSQ horror story actually. I had to do it twice. The first time I did it my computer got a virus, causing me to format the hard drive, losing all the hours of work I did on it.
After seriously contemplating suicide, I undertook the task again, completing it in a 4 hour death run.
My officer recruiter said that I was the last officer candidate that went through my NRD that WASN'T required to submit the EPSQ as part of the preliminary docs.
According to him, the EPSQ is now required in the actual application itself.
