Very nice; I like ... I wonder if these are some of the same Rooskie airframes at which we exposed our middle digits and, speaking of "cheeky" in extreme situations, our male genitalia to ..... many, many years ago ... ??? 
I think that Putin may be inadvertently reinvigorating the Western defense posture by doing this. Net plus for us, as the perception of increased threat is likely to lead to plussed up defense expenditures in the US. While Putin may just be getting one last huzzah in the waning days of his presidency, if he believes that the Russians can compete with the West "Soviet style," he might want to consult with his economic advisors. If he's serious, I deem this to be a major miscalculation on his part.
