Interesting Powerpoint on ASTB

Found this while cruising the net for my ASTB scores. This is from CAPT John K. Schmidt, PhD MSC USN, reguarding the analysis of the ASTB in predicting training outcome. It gives good gouge on the scores that the Navy is looking for. Good find! Some of the information is outdated, but it should give those preparing for the ASTB an educational view of why it's there and how it's scores are applied.
