I am wondering if Navy have any programs for Cadets (midshipmen) from international Officers Candidate School. Have You heard about foreign students in Officers Candidate School?

Yep. Move to the USA and apply for citizenship. But I assume that's not what you're really asking.
USNA (and the other academies) have spots for international midshipmen. There was an Estonian in my company.

I have got two MA degrees. So is it still possible to get such internship in USNA?
If you're within the age limit, which I believe is no older than 27 at time of graduation.
