Interservice Transfer (USAF Nav to USMC NFO)

Is it even possible? I will soon finish nav school for the AF, but I'm not exactly fulfilled here in the AF. I'm interested in finding out if it is possible to become a Marine. I know it's more common for Navy NFOs and pilots do switch, but has anyone ever heard of a zoomie make the switch? I'm currently an O1.

Sure, you can do it. I have about 99% confidence that you will have to finish your committment to the Air Force first though.

I concure with Mr. Wilkins. I submitted an interservice transfer package this year, but was told by the Navy that I had to wait until my committment was up before I would be allowed to switch. That being said, you never know until you try! It dosen't hurt to make the request. If anything, it will let people know that you are interested (could be good and bad.) Good luck.

My guess is the culture of homosexuality combined with bouts of singing between incessant playing of crud. Just a guess though.

The scary thing was that this was only week 2 of their deployment...

If you're a fighter type in the USAF, then you know exactly what I mean and should bow your "cranium" in shame.
