Guess they had to figure out SOME way to make that platform useful. A stealth bomber that we won't send anywhere without jamming aircraft......sounds like you could just as easily send in a B-52 with jamming escorts...Still an awesome aircraft though, saw one doing a turn in the clouds when I was in Omaha, NE (from Offutt AFB I guess)....was huge even from a long distance

Good luck with that.

I know you're jesting, but this statement isn't even in the same universe as factual. Every aircraft that goes into a MEZ requires EA support. It's the kind of support required that make LO advantageous.

Watching Fox, eh? Just saw that too. Apparently only for Iran.

I find it amusing that I have heard that claim repeated often since this 'news' came out, do people think that Iran is the only country that buries sensitive/military facilities or even nuclear-related ones? Let me see, I am thinking of a country whose leader has a name that rhymes with dim.......and that is just one of several other countries where this big-ass bomb could be used.

I wouldn't have thought that they were the only ones that did it, and I don't doubt that the Mao wannabe does it either. I was going off of the historically flawless 24-hour news cycle that said Iran was the only "known" country with buried nukes that we don't get along with. I guess NK is on the back burner for now.

Everytime you re-invent the wheel, it tends to come out round again, or in this case, heavy and pointy:
