Just took the ASTB....what now??

I just took the ASTB this morning.
Scores:
59 5/5/4 is this good or bad??
Just looking for any input about what I am up against (the application process, selection criteria, etc.)

Any wisdom from those that have gone through this process would be greatly appreciated.
