King-Air out of Cuba ???

Does anyone know anything about this King-Air flying out of Cuba? I have a friend who is a FE on P3s and is being talked to about moving to Cuba flying staff and stuff in a King-Air...Does anyone know anything about this, says it would be for a year or so but has to live on base there in Cuba...Can a FE which is enlisted be the pilot or is he going to be a member of the flight crew? All the King-Airs I know of are either single pilot or have a co-pilot but no crew? Any thoughts?

FEs wh do C-12 gigs usually serve as loadmasters. He will not be a pilot. Period. Dot.
