Kingsville Apartments other than Hunter's and Hawks

I live in Hunter's right now and I'm planning on moving to a different apartment when my roommate leaves in March. Everyone I've talked to lives in Hunters or Hawks (or rent a house), does anyone live in other apartments in Kville and/or have any recommendations?

I lived at Apple Creek the whole time I was there. Rent for a 2 bedroom place was just shy of $600/mo (a year ago.) On a scale of 1 to 5, about a 3.5. Outwardly not as nice as Hawk's or Hunters, but the unit itself was OK.

I currently live in Apple Creek and I'd also say about a 3.5 out of 5. I have a 3br by myself, its 689 a month. The worst part for me is there are no storage or garage units so I had to get a storage unit for my bikes and such and they are pretty inefficient in the summer to the tune of 290$ for my highest electric bill, and I am a nazi about turning things off to conserve and keep it cheap. Behind lowes there are some nice looking places, townhome's I believe. I'd stay away from the university area, there have been some dudes in that area who had their place robbed over the holidays.

I know some guys live in the former ppv apartments. As for robberies Hunter's Cove, where I live, has had numerous break ins over the past year. Both into cars and locked houses. Thats Kingsville not the specific apartments.

yeah, it's getting pretty nuts in kingsville right now. I'm at hunters and our next door neighbor had his truck window smashed in for an iPod. I say move to Ricardo. cheap places, drive isn't bad, stuff won't get stolen, etc.
