Wanna take a guess at which country this stuff originated in? Which is why I am adamant that the next strategic threat the US will face is from that big nationalist nation that just outlawed the use of country names for businesses...

Note that it's perfectly legal (and actually encouraged) for them to have and use radioactive materials under the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty.

Also, Kyrgyzstan is NOT. NOT. Russia. It's a completely separate country.
