I know which 3 people I want to ask but I want to have answers to possible questions they might have...
Who do they make the letter out to?
Is there a maximum, minimum or ideal number of words?
What should they write about?
How should they format it?

Any other advice is much appreciated, Thanks!

Make the letters ou tto your recruiter, or whom it may concern, same length as any job recomendation... a page is uaually good, write about why you are awesome and deserve to be selected, format it as a business letter, or standard recomendation. hope i helped.

You turn your rec's into they recruiter. She/he will take it from there. She will send them a form stating what she wants them to write about. It could vary, depending on the relationship of your rec.
